This is a perfect example., One of the prime differences between Jews
and anti-Semites is that the Jews have always sought truth, whatever
that truth may reveal. The Jews seek education because we realize that
success depends on it. That's why Israel today is probably the most
educated nation the world has ever known, and is well on its way to
becoming the most successful. It's also the most resented.
I don't expect you to agree. Just as the swallows must return to
Capistrano, people like you, Salah, Cramer, Lip-shits, Herzl and others
must display stupidity.
The anti-Semites, on the other hand, don't look to better themselves by
honest self-appraisal. Rather, they accept as true anything that would,
if actually true, support their arguments. These would include the
Protocols, Ashkenazi descendency from Khazars, the holocaust, 9/11, the
Kosher Tax, words allegedly spoken by or about Jews, the USS Liberty,
Arab land claims and claims regarding ethnic cleansing, the baking of
non-Jewish blood into matzohs, and anything else that, although total
fabrications, nonetheless help assuage your well-earned feelings of
inferiority. They are merely the means to enter the enticing world of
delusion without having to spend money on drugs or alcohol.
Of course, these flights of fancy only lead to more failure, and thus
more resentment. Thus, the vicious circle is perpetuated. I should say
the second viscious circle; the first one is your open mouth.

What is racist about what I have said? After all you guys call people black,
etc. to describe their skin colour and I am only calling you by the nearest

I have seen "whites" standing next to a white painted wall and they standout
because they are not white. However, I have seen "white" people touching
piglets at the Easter show and the colour of your skin is that of a pig.
There is no racism in what I have said its just a fact.

organisation, given its track record of suicide bombings and its refusal to

"We in Hamas are for peace and want to put an end to bloodshed. We have been
observing a unilateral truce for more than a year without reciprocity from
the Israeli side," Haniya wrote.
"The message from Hamas and the Palestinian Authority to the world powers is
this: talk to us no more about recognising Israel's 'right to exist' or
ending resistance until you obtain a commitment from the Israelis to
withdraw from our land and recognise our rights."

Wargame
A joint maritime wargame, dubbed as Holy Prophet (PBUH), started here
Friday in the Persian Gulf waters.
Combatants from the navy and airforce of the Islamic Republic Army and
police, missile units of the air force and Basij (voluntary) forces
took part in the joint wargame.
Some 17,000 of combatants have taken part in the wargame, spokesman of
the wargame Vice-Rear Admiral Mohammad Ibrahimi Dehghani said on
Friday.
Over 1,500 gunboats along with all types of fighters, bombers and
choppers have taken part in the wargame, he pointed out.
One unit of Shahab 2 missile is to be launched to resemble peace and
friendship among littoral states of the Persian Gulf and Sea of Oman,
he said.
During the wargame various anti-offensive operations,
telecommunications, satellites, reconnaissance patrols and electronic
systems are to be conducted against the hypothetical enemies.
The wargame would be concluded on April 6.

U.S. Numbers: Countdown to Change

On the heels of the failed Dubai ports deal comes new legislation designed
to protect one of America's least known and least understood
vulnerabilities: its numbering system. Late yesterday afternoon, Senators
Bill Frist (R-Tenn.) and Joe Lieber-man (D-Conn.) introduced a bill to
Congress which would virtually ban all Arabic numerals from the federal
government. "It's a matter of national security," said Majority Leader
Frist. "It just doesn't make sense for us to allow foreign numbers to
control everything from postage stamps to the federal budget. Think about
how many top secret intelligence documents are at risk right now."
Arabic numbers have been used by Western civilization since the Middle Ages
when they replaced Roman numerals, the system which Frist says has been
chosen as the new standard. "Old fashioned common sense goes hand-in-hand
with old fashioned numbers," he said. "Just because eastern highbrows think
something is out of date, doesn't make it so." He went on to cite the
Constitution, the Ten Commandments, and the Super Bowl as examples of how
Roman numerals are still in vogue. "They're our history and our heritage,"
he said. Critics of the plan claim it is unnecessary and will cost billions
of dollars to
implement.
Wisconsin Senator Russ Feingold (D) has threatened to filibuster the bill,
calling it "the worst piece of legislation (he has) ever seen." "This has
more to do with disguising the deficit and the national debt than anything
else," he said. "Have you ever tried writing out 'nine trillion dollars' in
Roman numerals? It's ridiculous." Republican strategists fired back
suggesting that critics like Senator Feingold were missing the point. "This
is just another instance of the far-left wing of the Democratic party
putting politics ahead of national security/' said Republican National
Chairman Ken Mehlman. "The American people trust their leaders to protect
them and that's just what they're going to do."
Though the bill is supported largely along party lines, it still presents
several troubling issues for even its staunchest allies. When pressed on how
he will address the fact that the Roman numeral system lacks a symbol for
zero, Frist admitted the legislation "still needs work." "We haven't ironed
all the bumps out just yet," he said, "but numbers aren't an exact science.
People have to understand that we simply can't afford to wait around until
everything's perfect."
A similar sentiment was voiced by Donald Marron, Acting Director of the
Congressional Budgeting Office. He stated that though he was initially
concerned with the proposed plan, he and die entire CBO staff have resolved
to do their best to implement it. "You don't do accounting with the numbers
you want," he said. "You do accounting with the numbers you have." Another
leading bureaucrat charged with the plan's execution, Director of the United
States Census Bureau Charles Louis Kincannon, has taken a leave of absence
and was unavailable for comment.
Dubbed the Liberty Freedom Numeric Restoration Act, Senate resolution (S.
Res. MMCCCXCVI) is scheduled for a full vote on April 28th.

Iran successfully test-fired a missile that can avoid radar and hit
several targets simultaneously using multiple warheads, the military
said Friday, a development which raised eyebrows among officials in
Washington and Jerusalem.
The Fajr-3, which means "Victory" in Farsi, can reach Israel and U.S.
bases in the Middle East, state Iranian media indicated - causing alarm
in the United States and Israel. Friday's announcement also is likely
to stoke regional tensions and feed suspicion about Tehran's military
intentions and nuclear ambitions.
"I think it demonstrates that Iran has a very active and aggressive
military program under way," U.S. State Department deputy spokesman
Adam Ereli said in Washington. "I think Iran's military posture,
military development effort, is of concern to the international
community.
Israel said it too was alarmed by the missile report.
"This news causes much concern," Foreign Ministry spokesman Mark Regev
said. Gen. Hossein Salami, the air force chief of Iran's elite
Revolutionary Guards, did not specify the missile's range, saying it
depends on the weight of its warheads.
But state-run television described the weapon as "ballistic" -
suggesting it's of comparable range to Iran's existing ballistic
rocket, which can travel over 2,000 kilometers (about 1,200 miles) and
reach arch-foe Israel and U.S. bases in Iraq and the Persian Gulf

"Today, a remarkable goal of the Islamic Republic of Iran's defense
forces was realized with the successful test-firing of a new missile

"It can avoid anti-missile missiles and strike the target," Salami
said. He said the missile would carry a multiple warhead, and each
warhead would be capable of hitting its target precisely.
"This news causes much concern, and that concern is shared by many
countries in the international community, about Iran's aggressive
nuclear weapons program and her parallel efforts to develop delivery
systems, both in the field of ballistic missiles and cruise missiles,"
said Regev.
"The combination of extremist jihadist ideology, together with nuclear
weapons and delivery systems, is a combination that no one in the
international community can be complacent about," he said.
Yossi Alpher, an Israeli consultant on the Mideast peace process, said
the news "escalates the arms race between Iran and all those who are
concerned about Iran's aggressive intentions and nuclear potential."
"Clearly it's escalation, and also an attempt by Iran to flex its
muscles as it goes into a new phase of the diplomatic struggle with the
UN Security Council." Andy Oppenheimer, a weapons expert at Jane's
Information Group, said the missile test could be an indication that
Iran has MIRV capability. MIRV refers to multiple independently
targetable re-entry vehicles, which are intercontinental ballistic
missiles with several warheads, each of which could hit a different
target.
"From the description, it could be a MIRV. If you are saying that from
a single missile, separate warheads can be independently targeted then
yes, this is significant," he said.
"But we don't know how accurate the Iranians are able to make their
missiles yet, and this is a crucial point," Oppenheimer said.
"If the missile is adaptable for nuclear warheads, then they are well
on the way," he added. "But they have not made a nuclear warhead yet.
The current estimates are it could take five years."
The existing ballistic rocket is called Shahab-3, which means "shooting
star," and also is capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.
Israel and the United States have jointly developed the Arrow
anti-ballistic missile system in response to the Shahab-3.
Iran launched an arms development program during its 1980-88 war with
Iraq to compensate for a U.S. weapons embargo. Since 1992, Iran has
produced its own tanks, armored personnel carriers, missiles and a
fighter plane.
Last year, former Defense Minister Ali Shamkhani said Tehran had
successfully tested a solid fuel motor for the Shahab-3, a
technological breakthrough in Iran's military.
Salami, the Revolutionary Guards general, said Friday the Iranian-made
missile was test-fired as large military maneuvers began in the Persian
Gulf and the Arabian Sea. The maneuvers are scheduled to last a week
and will involve 17,000 Revolutionary Guards as well as boats, fighter
jets and helicopter gunships.
The tests come amid growing concern over Iran's nuclear program. The
United States and its allies believe Iran is seeking to develop nuclear
weapons, but Tehran denies that, saying its program is for generating
electricity.
The UN Security Council is demanding that Iran halt its uranium
enrichment activities. But an Iranian envoy said its activities are
"not reversible."
Iran says won't use oil as weapon in nuclear row
Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said Teheran would not use
oil as a weapon in the row over its nuclear program and was open to
compromise, comments that caused the price of oil to plummet.
Mottaki stressed Iran would not give up its right to develop nuclear
energy for civilian use, which he said was enshrined in the nuclear
Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
"We're not going to use energy as a political leverage," Mottaki told
reporters in Geneva during a two-day visit.

Saddam trial is a theatre. It is a Hollywood show to divert attention from
the destruction of Iraq and the massive war crimes committed against the
Iraqi people. Like the invasion, the "tribunal" is illegal and has no
legitimacy in occupied Iraq
President Saddam Hussein's "trial" before a U.S.-orchestrated Kangaroo Court
is hailed as the "trial of the century".
Those who committed the crimes are rewarded and protected, while their
victims are put on a show trial.
It is not Saddam who is on trial; it is the international legal system.
According to Professor Charif Bassiouni of DePaul University, an expert on
International Criminal Law and former U.N. human rights investigator in
Afghanistan:
"All efforts are being made to have a tribunal whose judiciary is not
independent but controlled, and by controlled I mean that the political
manipulators of the tribunal have to make sure the U.S. and other western
powers are not brought in cause. This makes it look like victor's vengeance:
it makes it seem targeted, selected, and unfair. It's a subterfuge".
This is the accurate definition of a Kangaroo Court. "The Americans are
intent on making this pure theatre, a show trial", said one of Saddam's
lawyers.
Saddam trial is a theatre. It is a Hollywood show to divert attention from
the destruction of Iraq and the massive war crimes committed against the
Iraqi people. Like the invasion, the "tribunal" is illegal and has no
legitimacy in occupied Iraq. There is overwhelming prima facie evidence to
convict George W. Bush and Tony Blair of crimes against humanity than to
convict Saddam Hussein. Under the U.N Convention, Bush and Blair are guilty
of crimes against humanity, torture, and guilty of wanton destruction of the
Iraqi state.
The reality is; the U.S. and its allies are not interested in a trial per
se; they are interested in the humiliation of all Arabs. Saddam is an Arab
and a Muslim. He is used as a symbol to further demonise Arabs and Muslims.
The trial is seen in the West as if all Arab leaders are on trial. It is
orchestrated and controlled by Western imperialism. It is a show trial for
bullying and intimidation.
The self-appointed Arab leaders or despots have failed to provide not only a
strong economy, but also failed to build a defence against Western
imperialism and remain vulnerable to its wrath at any time. Today, Arabs are
sandwiched between Zionism and imperialism. Their armies are only there for
the purpose of protecting them from the disfranchised masses. They betrayed
everything Arab and everything Muslim, and failed to understand the danger
of imperialism-Zionism ideology.
The show trial provides Western journalists, pundits, and Western (mostly
U.S.-based) human rights organisations and NGOs the opportunity to show
their loyalty to the Occupation and imperialism. Saddam was demonised for
more than 15 years that he represents the epitome of everything bad today.
Despite the complete lack of knowledge of the man, every journalist and
pundit has something to say about Saddam. Saddam is resurrected to become
part of Western schools curricula. One hopes that the curricula will include
Saddam achievements including, the best education system and the best health
care services in the Middle East. Saddam provided complete rights for women,
before the U.S. destroyed every thing.
Remember, during the Saddam regime, human rights organisations and
journalists had no problem to go to Iraq and report on the human rights
condition there. Always negative, of course. They visited detainees in Abu
Ghraib and elsewhere with considerable access. However, since the invasion
and occupation of Iraq by U.S. forces, human rights organisations and
journalists almost completely refrained from even mentioning the massive
abuse of human rights of the Iraqi people by U.S. forces and their
collaborators. These same organisations who visited Iraq freely before the
invasion, have no right to be anywhere in Iraq today. Their meagre reports
were only designed for deception.
It is not surprising to hear Amnesty International (AI) and Human Rights
Watch (HRW) criticising the so-called "Iraqi tribunal". This is the way
imperialism works. "We have grave concerns that the tribunal will not
provide the fair trial guarantees required by international law", said
Richard Dicker of HRW. Can you imagine HRW "have great concerns" for the
rights of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis - men, women and children - who
have been arrested, imprisoned, abused and tortured without charges?
Is Saddam responsible for the slaughter of the hundreds of thousands of
innocent Iraqis, mostly women and children?
HRW and AI express no concern for the deliberate starving of the Iraqi
population by U.S. forces.
Only when the wrong person is in the dock, does one hears the rumbling of
human rights organisations and NGOs. Saddam's show trial constitutes an
opportunity for HRW, AI and the rest of Western NGOs to camouflage the war
crimes committed by the occupying forces. In this regard, they constitute
tools of Western imperialism.
It should be borne in mind that all the allegations against Saddam are
unsubstantiated and there is no evidence that Saddam is personally
responsible for the alleged crimes. The charge "is totally empty... In
France, any judge would dismiss the case. It would not even go to trial",
said Andre Chami, a French lawyer in Saddam's defence team. Indeed, some of
the allegations against Saddam regimes have been refuted by the UN and
credible Western officials. The allegations against Saddam and Iraq were
made by Western journalists, expatriate conmen, and Western-based human
rights organisations and NGOs. Moreover, even if Saddam committed crimes,
the crimes were committed with the full complicity and support of Western
leaders, and Western media.
It is not Saddam who is guilty of crimes against humanity; Bush and Blair
are. The invasion and destruction of Iraq constitute an illegal act of
aggression "contravened the UN charter" and international laws. "Only the
most incorrigible legalists can pretend to be shocked by the conclusion that
the perpetrator of an aggressive war acts at peril of being punished for his
perpetration, even if no tribunal has ever previously decided that
perpetration of an aggressive war is a crime", wrote, Telford Taylor,
assistant of the chief American prosecutor, Robert H. Jackson, at the
Nuremberg Trial. "To initiate a war of aggression", said the Nuremberg
Tribunal's judgment, "is not only an international crime; it is the supreme
international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains
within itself the accumulated evil of the whole". Sadly, the wrong people
are in the dock in Baghdad.
No one has articulated the case of war crimes and crimes against humanity
against George Bush better than Francis A. Boyle, a professor of Law and an
expert on International Law at the University of Illinois. In countless
documents, Professor Boyle shows how the Nuremberg principle can be used to
indict the Bush administration. Boyle writes: "In international legal terms,
the Bush Jr. administration itself should now be viewed as constituting an
ongoing criminal conspiracy under international criminal law in violation of
the Nuremberg Charter, the Nuremberg Judgment, and the Nuremberg Principles,
due to its formulation and undertaking of aggressive war policies that are
legally akin to those perpetrated by the Nazi regime".
In addition, article 6(b) of the 1945 Nuremberg Charter defined the term
"War crimes" to include: "... wanton destruction of cities, towns or
villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity..." Thus the
destruction of Iraqi cities, including Fallujah, Ramadi, Hillah, Tel Afar,
Baghdad etc. constitutes the wanton destruction of cities, and "it is
certainly not justified by 'military necessity', which is always defined by
and includes the laws of war", writes Francis Boyle.
Professor Richard Overy of King's College London, a leading authority on the
Nuremburg Trial and International Law, accurately describes the way the
international legal system works. He writes: "International law works only
against weaker states. Big powers have an unmerited, but unassailable,
[self-induced] immunity". "What had happened in Iraq was a major crime
against humanity, and Bush and Blair could be in the dock" and the
principles of international legal system should apply in trying them.
Justice is not achieved by a show trial; it is achieved by a fair trial.
The continuing presence of U.S. troops and mercenaries in Iraq is against
the will of the Iraqi people in contravention of international laws. The
most urgent action is to put an end to the ongoing crimes of the Occupation.
Iraqi lives and human rights would be better served by the full and
immediate withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq.
